Item Description
This challenge isn’t about restriction or perfection, it’s about accountability in what we can add rather than take away; it’s designed to be simple, doable, and grounding for anyone.
You’ll have the opportunity to earn up to 4 points a day, one for each key area we’ll be focusing on:
* 30g of protein at 3 meals a day (because blood sugar stability = better energy + mood) * 1 cup of produce at each of those meals (fiber + color = fuel and detox support) * One daily CNS activity (central nervous system) something to help regulate your nervous system (think: walking, cold dip, journaling, yoga or mobility, breathing for 3 min using a 5-5 count, reading 5 min before bed, or 1 min of grounding with feet in the grass) And your bonus point for reflecting at the end of the day; a quick journal note, a win, or an observation about how you showed up.
It’s meant to be fun, flexible, and supportive, helping us stay anchored through a season when most of these habits tend to slip away. Let’s do it together!
