In Elements you'll be train with a coach individually or in a small-group setting over four 1-hour classes to learn a more about CrossFit methodology and get familiar with some of the movements you'll see every day in class. Our intro-package costs $275 ($225 for students) and includes the four Elements classes, a 1-month unlimited membership, and a mobility assessment with Burlington Physical Therapy. From there you can enroll in whichever membership suits your schedule and fitness goals best.
